Thank you for using Rabbit Crowd Library. Please read this Acceptable Use Policy carefully. All users must follow this Acceptable Use Policy. If you violate this policy, Legal Science, LLC may suspend or terminate your account. This Acceptable Use Policy is a part of our Terms of Use.

Rabbit Crowd Library is owned and operated by Legal Science, LLC at 1601 Market Street, Floor 19, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Legal Science, LLC will be referred to as “LS” under this Acceptable Use Policy. Rabbit Crowd Library, which is our Software as a Service, will be referred to as the “Service.” Users of this Service will be referred to as “User” or “you” under this Acceptable Use Policy.

Prohibited Actions

Users may not:

  1. Share his or her password with unauthorized users;
  2. Use any misleading or incorrect email addresses to create an account;
  3. Decipher or reverse engineer any of the software on the Service;
  4. Use any of the software on the Service, or downloaded from the Service, to create a competing product;
  5. Violate any third-party agreements with legal information providers. This includes the copying and pasting of legal text from these subscription sources for use in our Service; and
  6. Post comments including material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, explicit, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable. LS reserves the right to delete any comments posted on the Service with or without cause.

If you have any questions or comments, or if you want to update, delete, or change any personal information you have submitted on the Service, please email Legal Science, LLC at info@legalscience.com.

Rabbit Crowd Library is owned and operated by Legal Science, LLC at 1601 Market Street, Floor 19, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Legal Science, LLC will be referred to as “LS” under this Privacy Policy. Rabbit Crowd Library, which is our Software as a Service, will be referred to as the “Service.” Users of this Service will be referred to as “User” or “you” under this Privacy Policy.

In the course of providing the Services, LS may collect Personal Information about a User. This Privacy Policy is effective with respect to any data LS has collected or will collect, about and/or from you, according to our Terms of Use.

If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy, LS will post them on the Service. Any changes will be effective as of the last date we post on the Service. LS will not treat information of any open account differently from any other open account. If we ever change our Privacy Policy to expand our rights to use or disclose personal information for marketing purpose, you will be able to opt out without termination.

User Information

Information Collected: Users are not currently required to create an account to use the Service. LS reserves the right to require users to create an account to access the Service. In the event that users are required to create an account for access, the following account-based terms apply:

When you create an account to use the Service or send us an email, you are giving us information that LS collects. That information may include your IP address, name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and other details like occupation and demographic information. Please be aware that if you create an account or log in through Facebook, or other social media log-in methods, you agree to allow us to use any information publicly visible through that platform. By giving LS this information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed, and stored by LS, only as described in our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

Legal Science, LLC may get information about how and when you use the Service. This information may include your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions taken by you within the Service. When you create an account to use the Service, LS stores cookies, or strings of code, on your computer. LS uses those cookies to collect information about when you visit our Service, your browser type and version, your operating system, and other similar information. You may disable cookies, but doing so may make the Service more difficult to use.

Information Collected by Third Parties: LS uses Google Analytics to measure and report user statistics. Google collects first-party cookies, data related to the device/browser, IP address and on-site/app activities. LS has no control over and assumes no responsibility for how Google uses and processes user data, but users can disable Google Analytics from using their information here.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information: Legal Science, LLC may use and disclose your personal information only as follows:

  1. To send you Service alert emails—We may email you to inform you of any changes to our Services, including version updates, planned outages, or changes to our Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy.
  2. To enforce compliance with our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy to help prevent violations.
  3. To provide customer support.
  4. To protect our rights and safety as well as the rights and safety of other Users and third parties.
  5. To meet legal requirements and provide information to representatives and advisors necessary to help LS comply with any legal, financial, or security requirements.
  6. To communicate with you about your account.
  7. To transfer your information in the event of a sale, merger, or acquisition. Any acquirer will be subject to our obligations under this Privacy Policy. You will be notified of the change by posting a notice on our Service.

Public Information and Third Parties: Our Service includes links to other websites, whose privacy policies might be different than that of Legal Science, LLC. If you submit any personal information to any of those websites, your information will be governed by their privacy policies.

Security

Notice of Breach of Security: If a security breach causes an unauthorized use of our system that materially affects you, Legal Science, LLC will notify you as soon as possible and report our actions in response.

Safeguarding Information: Accounts for the Service require a username and password to log in. You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not disclose your username and password to a third party, as required by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Compliance

Accuracy of Data, Transparency, and Choice: If your account data changes, you are responsible for notifying LS of those changes. This includes switching to a new email address. We only store data for as long as is reasonably required to fulfill the purposes that gave LS the right to access it in the first place. We will provide you with access to any personal information about you that we hold within 30 days of any request for that information you make by contacting us at info@legalscience.com. Unless prohibited by law, we will remove any personal information about you from our servers at your request.

Enforcement: We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy.

TThank you for using Rabbit Crowd Library. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By using Rabbit Crowd Library, you are agreeing to these Terms. This is a legal agreement. These Terms of Use also include our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

Account

Eligibility: By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you will not use the Service in a way that violates any laws or regulations. LS may refuse users, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time. If you create an account on the behalf of a company or other entity, you are representing that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Use: For purposes of this agreement, your use begins when you visit this site. Users are not currently required to create an account to use the Service. LS reserves the right to require users to create an account to access the Service.

In the event that users are required to create an account for access, the following account-based terms apply: When you create an account with the Service, your use will continue as long as you maintain your account.

Terminating Your Account: You or LS may terminate this account at any time and for any reason by giving notice to the other party. Once terminated, we may permanently delete your account and all data associated with it. LS may suspend the Service to you at any time, with or without cause.

Changes to the Terms of Use: LS may change any of the Terms by posting a revised Terms of Use on the Service. The new Terms will be effective immediately and apply to any continued or new use of the Service. We may change the Service and any of its features at any time.

Account and Password: You are responsible for any account you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You must immediately notify LS of any unauthorized use of your account. You also are responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen passwords.

Rights

Proprietary Rights Owned by Legal Science, LLC: You shall respect our proprietary rights in the Service and the software used to provide the Service, including our patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

Privacy Policy: We may use and disclose your personal account information according to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered a part of these Terms.

Rules

General Rules: By accepting these Terms, you promise to (1) not violate our Acceptable Use Policy or Privacy Policy, which are considered a part of these Terms; and (2) You will not post comments, including material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, explicit, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable. LS reserves the right to delete any comments posted on the Service with or without cause.

If you violate any of these rules, LS may suspend or terminate your account. If you think anyone is violating any of these Terms, please notify LS immediately.

Compliance with Other Laws: You represent and warrant that your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you or your work are subject to any other laws, regulations or contracts, and you use the Service, LS will not be liable if the Service does not meet those requirements.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. LEGAL SCIENCE, LLC AND ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IF THEY ARE BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.

No Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE PROVIDE THE MATERIAL ON THE SERVICE AS IS. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Legal Science, LLC harmless for any losses (including attorney fees) that result from claims made that are not allowed under these Terms due to a Limitation of Liability or other provision within these Terms. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any losses (including attorney fees) that result from third-party claims that you or a person using your account acted in violation of any of these terms.

No Legal Advice Intended: The contents of this website are intended to convey general information only and not to provide legal advice or opinion. The contents of this website, and any user comments added to its contents, should not be relied upon for legal advice in any particular circumstance or fact situation. The information presented on this website may not reflect the most current versions of the law. No action should be taken in reliance on the information contained on this website and we disclaim all liability in respect to actions taken or not taken based on the contents of this website. An attorney should be contacted for advice on specific legal issues.

Damages: If LS files an action against you for breach of these Terms and LS prevails, LS is entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and any damages or other relief awarded.

Other Contract Terms

Assignment: You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms to anyone else. LS may assign our rights to any other individual or entity at our discretion.

Notice to U.S. Government End Users: The Service, including all documents associated with the Service, are “Commercial Item(s)” as defined at 48 C.F.R. Section 2.101, and consist of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation.” The Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are licensed to U.S. Government end users (1) only as Commercial Items, (2) with the same rights as all other end users, and (3) according to the Terms. Published and Unpublished rights are reserved under the copyright laws of the United States.

Choice of Law: The laws of the State of Pennsylvania, except for conflict of laws rules, will apply to any dispute related to these Terms or the Service. You agree to venue in the state or federal courts of Pennsylvania.

Force Majeure: Legal Science, LLC will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Service, from any cause beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: strikes, riots, blockades, war, terrorism, natural disasters, acts of God, changes to laws or regulations, or acts of hackers or third-party internet service providers.

Survivability: Even if an account is terminated, the following sections will still continue to apply: Proprietary Rights Owned by Legal Science, LLC, Compliance with Laws, Limitation of Liability, No Warranties, Indemnity, No Legal Advice Intended, Choice of Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement.

Severability: If a section of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that section will be removed or edited as necessary. The rest of the Terms will still stand.

Amendments and Waiver: Any amendments to these Terms will not be effective until we post the revised Terms to the Service. If LS does not immediately take action on a violation of these Terms, LS is not giving up any rights under the Terms. LS still may take action.

Notice: Any notice to you will be effective when it is posted on the Service. Any notice to LS will be effective when delivered to Legal Science, LLC at 1601 Market Street, Floor 19, Philadelphia, PA 19103, or any addresses that may be posted later to our Service. In the event of a security breach, LS will notify you of the breach and provide a description of the event.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and Privacy Policy (all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference), and any additional terms or service agreements you have agreed to make up the entire agreement and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
