§ 521.03 - Owner Responsibility.

The registered owner of a vehicle having five (5) or more outstanding summonses against it shall be responsible for any violations of Chapter 541, 543 or 545, and shall be responsible for the impoundment, except where proof is presented that the vehicle had been stolen and had not been returned to the registered owner by the dates of the violations.
